Summary of request
Your request
Please could you provide a copy of the total number of personal injury claims submitted to you between January 2019 and June 2023, including their value?
Please could you itemise these claims, for example, number of trip claims in 2019; pothole damage in 2020, etc.
Our response
The GLA is London's strategic government and does not operate in the same way as local councils. In London this means the Borough Councils, the City of London and Westminster City Council.
The GLA holds records related to eight claims in calendar years 2019-2023, with a total value £2,343.50. Four claims relate to 2019, two to 2020, one to 2021 and one in 2023 (to date).
Given the very low number, we are unable to provide a further breakdown.
