2. The performance of your pension fund over the last three financial
years that you have the figures for. If possible, please indicate the
metrics you record on its performance in terms of:
a) How much your pension pot grew by

2 c) How it performed relative to other public sector bodies

The GLA does not hold information in scope.

The scheme advisory board webpage has all the Annual Reports linked and an overall report from SAB on returns: LGPS Scheme Advisory Board - Fund Annual Reports 2024 and LGPS Scheme Advisory Board - Financial Performance – see aggregated information table – net return on investment line

2 d) How it performed relative to pension funds in the market generally.

The GLA does not hold information in scope

Notes

  • The LPFA does not pro rate the fund manager fee by employer body, so the figure to report on the fund manager fee from LPFA pension fund accounts is the fee for the whole fund, and not just in respect of the GLA.
  • It is the fund that pays the manager fee, not the GLA.
