Our response:

I can confirm the GLA does not hold the majority of the information requested as the mobile network contract is between Transport for London (TFL) and O2 (Telefonica UK Limited).  The GLA only utilises and benefits from this contract.

Please find below the information that we hold:

  1. What is your organisation's name? Greater London Authority (GLA).
  2. How many full-time employees are at your organisation? On 30 June 2024, the GLA had a headcount of 1429 employees (as reported in our workforce report, the headcount figures exclude agency workers and inward secondees).
  3. Who is your mobile phone network provider? O2 (TFL contract).
