Summary of request
Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with full answers to each of the following questions regarding your mayor's travel in the past two years:
- How many overseas trips for work has your mayor taken in a) 2024 and b) 2025? If none please say so but you may disregard the rest of the questions
- For each overseas trip taken, what was the destination, date, length of visit and purpose? Eg Brazil, November 2025, three days, attend COP30 conference
- For each overseas trip, how many members of the mayor's team accompanied them?
- For each overseas trip, what the total cost of the trip for the mayor and their team? Please break down by travel, accommodation, meals etc. If part or all of the costs were covered by another organisation please provide their name
- For each flight, did the mayor fly economy, business or first class?
