Under a FOI request please supply names and qualifications of people employed as advisors and consultants to the Mayors office and salaries / fees paid for their services plus work titles and roles

The names and salaries of Senior staff within the Mayor’s Office are available on our website at: The Mayor and his team | London City Hall
The names, qualifications and roles of junior level staff are exempt from disclosure under s.40 (Personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act. This information could potentially identify specific employees and as such constitutes as personal data which is defined by Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that Personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
The grades of the junior staff are as follows:
- Grade 8 x 1
- Grade 9 x 7
- Grade 10 x 2
- Grade 11 x 4
- Grade 12 x 9
- Grade 14 x 1

We do not currently have any one being paid consultancy fees in the MO but we do have a small number of short term contractors covering maternity leave. Consultant or contractor salaries relate to the equivalent grade/post they hold.
