I would like to request under following information under Freedom of Information act.
- Full list of homes provided under London Living Rent scheme since the schemes' inception broken down by the housing association that builds and manages them.
- It would be good to have this split by the London borough as well if possible.
Our response
Please see below details of the housing providers that completed homes designated for London Living Rent since 2017. We are unable to provide scheme details as the properties may be now be tenanted and we would need to protect the privacy of tenants. However you would be able to contact the providers directly to request specific scheme details and location details by scheme. Information of LLR homes by local authority location are available on the GLA website within the affordable housing statistics tables at the following link: Affordable Housing statistics | London City Hall
The table below shows the number of homes noted as designated for London Living Rent at the point of completion. Note: housing providers have the option of changing these to shared ownership if they are unable to let the properties through LLR. The table below shows completed home since April 2017.
