Your request 

Please provide me with the total number of homes for London Living Rent that have been created by the Mayor for each year since 2016 and the total number for each year that were given to i) health workers, ii) firefighters and iii) transport workers. If that could also be broken down by Borough that would be helpful. An excel spreadsheet version would be great

The number of completed London Living Rent homes under the Mayor’s Affordable Homes programmes by year were:

For clarity, the Mayor’s programmes give providers flexibility to let a home as London Living Rent or sell it as Shared Ownership up until the point of first occupation, rather than this being determined at the point of completion. The above figures were reflect the tenure at completion and may have changed.

On the second part of your question, the GLA does not hold this information. Lettings data is held by the Housing Associations or Councils who make those allocation decisions.
