Please see pages 5-10 of the most recent published report, 1 April 2022 to 31 March 
2023.

2. Number of IT staff

The GLA has 19 permanent members of IT staff.

3. Current ITSM solution

Track-IT.

4. Cloud or on-premise

On-premise.

5. If on-premise, do you have a cloud migration strategy?
We have no plans to move to a cloud solution.

6. If yes, please share more details, including budget allocation

Not applicable. 

7. Number of licenses

42.

8. Length of contract
One year. 

9. Contract expiry date

The current contract for Track-IT expires on 2 March 2024.

10. Contract review date

We are currently looking at options for this service. This will be the final year it is 
required as we are moving to an IT shared service.

11. Annual cost of contract

The 2023-24 cost is £13,171.03.

12. Total cost of contract

As above – the current contract is for a single year.

13. Person responsible for the software and their contact details

14. Person responsible for any future projects on reviewing or replacing the 
software and their contact details

The GLA are moving to a shared service model for the provision of IT service 
with Transport for London.
