I request all supporting information on this specific item that is still held by GLA.

I request a copy of the 'report summarising the performance of London & Partners
(L&P) over the four year period of its grant agreement with the GLA (2010/11 –
2014/15) and setting out L&P’s future objectives', the further detail set out in the
'private version of the minutes', any information held setting out why the
'recommendations set out in the report' are deferred, and all other information held by
GLA officials in regard to this item.

scope of your request. As the report was presented by Dr Eliot Forster, Executive Chair of

The L&P cover paper and Appendix 1 are partially released with redactions, whilst Appendix 4 is withheld in full under Section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Appendix 3 is withheld in full. We believe that this information is exempt from disclosure under sections 42 of the Act.

One named non-senior official has also been removed from Appendix 1. Staff names are
exempt from disclosure under s.40 (Personal information) of the Act. This information would identify specific employees and as such constitutes personal data which is defined by Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual.

It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
