FOI - High Streets For All - Kilburn High Road [Mar 2023]

You request

Could you please provide the following information for the High Streets For All Challenge stages 2 and 3, pertaining to the Kilburn High Road grant:

1. Minutes of review meetings with Camden Council (from June 2021 to March 2023) as well as the reports submitted by Camden Council officers in advance of such meetings, detailing the Recipient’s activities in relation to meeting the Project Objectives, Milestones and Project Outputs.
2. Date and amounts of financial withdrawals by Camden Council as well as the justifications for each withdrawal, detailing beneficiaries and amounts for each beneficiary.
3. Submitted project plans by Camden Council and deliveries regarding the Community Improvement District Pilot.

Our response

1. Formal minutes and reports have not been produced for this project and are not requirements of the High Street For All funding. Officers from the Greater London Authority and LB Camden have met on at least a monthly basis to discuss progress against project milestones and outputs.

2. The table below outlines the budget drawdown relating to the Kilburn High Road project. Please note that while LB Camden is the grant recipient for this project, there are multiple partners delivering this work. Details of the further allocation of grant funding to partners and beneficiaries is held by LB Camden.
