1. The total cost to design, manufacture, and install this specific plaque.
2. A breakdown of these costs (e.g., design, materials, and installation labor/traffic management).
3. The specific budget or funding stream from which the cost of the plaque was paid.
4. Copies of any correspondence, guidelines, or decision-making documents regarding the requirement to commission and display this plaque

Our response

1. The cost of the plaque at Kingston Bridge was a unit cost of £240.45. The GLA does not hold details regarding installation costs. Further details relating to installation costs may be held by Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
2. The plaque was part of a larger order by the GLA. The GLA does not hold details relating to installation, labour or traffic management costs. Further detail relating to these costs may be held by Royal Borough of Kinston upon Thames. 
3. The funding stream the cost relates to is the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. 
4. The guidelines issued by the GLA to Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames were as follows: “”The Project Deliverer agrees to display a plaque, provided by the Lead Authority, at the site of all capital works within 1 calendar month of completion of the works.” This guidance appears in the grant funding agreement.
