I am requesting information regarding the decision-making process and checks undertaken before Freight Brixton was promoted by the Mayor of London’s culture channels (@LDN_Culture on X/Twitter and @ldnculture.bsky.social on Bluesky).

- Any policies, guidance, procedures or checklists used when deciding whether venues, businesses or events can be promoted through official Mayor of London / Greater London Authority social media channels.
The GLA does not hold information in scope.
- Any records of checks undertaken before Freight Brixton was promoted, including (but not limited to):
- checks of planning permission or planning status;
- checks with the relevant local authority regarding approvals, enforcement matters or outstanding issues;
- checks regarding licensing status;
- checks regarding any known complaints or concerns relating to the venue.
