Please could I request any correspondence, meeting minutes, notes, or other written
material in relation to Boris Johnson's meeting with Mikhail Piotrovsky and Evgeny
Lebedev on 16/04/2015.

Our response

The meeting you refer to is listed in the Mayor’s published diaries 2008–2016

The meeting is also mentioned in the Mayor’s report to the London Assembly at Mayor’s Question Time in May 2015.

No minutes or notes were located.

We located some other written material in relation to the meeting, an email confirming arrangements for the attendees to be met on arrival at City Hall reception on the day of the
meeting.

This email is attached. We have redacted a small amount of personal data as some names are exempt from disclosure under s.40 (Personal Information) of the Freedom of Information Act.

This information would identify specific employees and as such constitutes as personal data which is defined by Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
