- Employment Tribunal Litigation: The total aggregate spend (inclusive of VAT and disbursements) on legal fees paid to Eversheds Sutherland for the defense or management of Employment Tribunal claims.
- Volume of Cases: The total number of unique case files opened by Eversheds Sutherland on behalf of the GLA within these two categories during this period.
