Summary of request
Following a recent Instagram post regarding the Deputy Mayor for Culture and Creative Industries, Justin Simmons, and her purchase of two tickets to attend a Taylor Swift concert it would be very interesting to know who the other ticket was for. Was this a friend, family member or colleague? Whoever it was did she not think it inappropriate to use funds to pay for (a) herself and (b) another? It’s shocking that funds are being used this way and I feel that this is an abuse of her position.
