The GLA's spending reports for payments of £250 or more are public and show spending on Consultancy/consultants with categories such as Management & Support Consultancy; Consultancy-Project Management.
You can search the Expenditure Account Code Description column to identify consultancy spend.
The report also contains company names allowing you to also search on that basis - Our spending | London City Hall
While the records will show how many payments have been made and amounts, this may not equate to how many times the GLA used management consultants e.g. if more than one payment was made for that company’s work on a specific project over time, or if a single invoice payment covered work on more than one activity.
