Summary of request

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request details regarding the financial funding and project criteria allocated by the Greater London Authority (GLA) toward the undercroft redevelopment at St Thomas' Church on Clapton Common (working alongside the Clapton Commons Community Organisation).This project, which completed in late 2023, transformed the space into The Common Rooms.


Specifically, I request the following information:
 

The Exact Funding Amount: The specific monetary amount pledged or granted by the GLA (including via any Mayor of London crowdfunding matches or community infrastructure funds) toward this specific project.
Infrastructure and Storage Specifications: Any parts of the grant agreement or project proposals detailing capital works for structural undercroft alterations, specifically concerning designated secure storage spaces.
User Group Provisions (Steel Band): Any documentation, impact targets, or correspondence within the grant file specifying provisions, tenancy, or storage accommodations for community music assets, specifically referencing the Pantonic Steel Orchestra (or general steelpan/steelband initiatives) using the undercroft.
