The GLA currently run two ATS systems:
- The name of the Applicant Tracking System currently in use (Internal recruitment): Engage ATS The supplier/vendor of the system: Havas People
- The name of the Applicant Tracking System currently in use (External recruitment): Success Factors. The supplier/vendor of the system: SAP

already been applied.

Contract information for 2)
The GLA currently outsource all of their HR and Recruitment services via a shared services
provision to TfL (Transport for London) with the exception of internal recruitment which uses the ATS system detailed in 1). The Success Factors ATS is a module within the larger SAP ERP system used for the shared services provision.
Future procurement
Whether the [GLA] intends to re-tender for the ATS at the end of the current contract: No, the Engage ATS will cease to be used once all recruitment is transferred to the TfL Shared Services provision which utilises SAP/Success Factors if known, the anticipated timeframe for any future tender or procurement process: Not known.
