Summary of request
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request information regarding provider audits referenced in the Greater London Authority’s Adult Skills Fund update paper for March 2026, which stated:
“Provider Audits: The 2024–25 Audit Cycle officially completed in January 2026 where we received the final outstanding audit report. Overall, four audits received an opinion of unsatisfactory.”
Please provide the following information:
- The names of the providers whose audits in the 2024–25 audit cycle received an “unsatisfactory” opinion.
- For each of these providers, the amount of funding identified as ineligible or subject to recovery (clawback) following the audit.
- The nature of the issues identified in each case (for example ineligible learner funding claims, subcontracting compliance issues, data errors, or other control weaknesses).
- The status of any recovery action, including whether funding has been recovered, is in the process of being recovered, or remains under review.
- The audit firm that carried out each of the audits.
