To be clear, I am not asking you to provide any information that would directly identify, or
reveal the specific address or ward area in which asylum seekers are being housed. I would only like to know whether your local authority area is currently accommodating asylum seekers in a hotel or hotels, or not.
Our response
The GLA is London's strategic government and does not operate in the same way as local Borough Councils. However, I can confirm that the answer is yes.
