EIR Request 11th July 2025 Regarding Comments on Planning Application 24/00987/FUL

I officially request the following information pursuant to the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

- Please could you provide all comments submitted regarding the planning application 24/00987/FUL (LBE) from the date the Stage 2 process finishes/the comments close. I wish to see all 700 or so comments sent both via email or submitted to the PlannApps/Commonplace site (I understand that they will not be published for Stage 2 applications, however they can be provided through FOI or EIR requests?). The link to the referenced planning application on PlannApps is: https://glaplanningapps.commonplace.is/planningapps/24-00987-FUL I wish to be provided with either separate pdf files or a spreadsheet, whichever is most convenient.
