Summary of request
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information concerning the Mayor of London’s Warm Homes Plan.
For the period 1 January 2024 to 31 August 2026:
- Please identify any external organisation that was formally commissioned or contracted by the GLA or Mayor’s Office to provide research, advice or consultancy specifically for the development of the Warm Homes Plan.
- Please provide copies of the principal internal report, research papers, or studies produced by the GLA or by an externally commissioned organisation specifically for the development of the Warm Homes Plan.
For the avoidance of doubt, this request does not seek general correspondence, meeting records or routine communications relating to the Warm Homes Plan.
Our response
The GLA was not involved in the development of the Warm Homes Plan as this is a plan produced by government. The Mayor of London has not published a Warm Homes Plan.
As such, no external organisation was formally commissioned or contracted by the GLA or the Mayor’s Office to provide research, advice or consultancy in the development of the national Warm Homes Plan. Similarly, given the Warm Homes Plan is a government publication, the GLA does not hold any internal reports, research papers or studies which fed into its development
