EIR - Southall Gasworks [Jun 2026]

I'd like to gain access to documents used in REQUEST FOR MAYORAL DECISION MD1360 for Southall Gasworks. 

• Appendix 2 - Draft Statement of Reasons (Part 2 section) 
• Appendix 3 - Draft Programme (Part 2 section)    

I'd also like access to:

• Reports and briefings made for the mayor by GLA staff before this decision was made
• Any correspondence, briefings, meeting minutes or agendas from the mayor's office with Berkley Homes

Please note that the Statement of Reasons was recently disclosed in relation to another request: EIR - Southall Gasworks CPO [May 2026] | London City Hall

We searched for reports and briefings made for the mayor by GLA staff before this decision was made and there was a previous MD- MD1312 (attached Part 1) which gave permission to prepare for the CPO so this constituted the information provided to the Mayor ahead of MD1360 but there are no other written briefings about the CPO to the Mayor before the CPO was made.
