I would like to make a freedom of information request relating to the GLA's current process regarding the award of development of the site on Plaistow Road (previously LocatEd). Specifically, I am interested in meeting dates, minutes or proposals made regarding the development's bidding process and award
Response
The Mayor issued his initial comments on the scheme on 14 March 2022, this is known as a Stage 1 response. You can view the report on this on the following link:

Now the council have resolved to grant the application at committee, they will be required to refer it back to the Mayor for his Stage 2 decision which has not been received yet. As the Mayor has not yet considered the application it would not be appropriate for the Mayor, or any decision maker acting under delegated authority to comment, as each application must be considered on its merits at the time and not pre-determined.
As part of the Stage 2 referral, the Mayor will take into account all representations received, in addition to a detailed assessment of the proposal by GLA planning officers. Please be assured that when the time comes to review the application again, GLA case officers will carefully consider all representations received, both in favour and
against the proposal and report these to the Mayor for his consideration and to assist his decision making.
