Your request
I am aware that the Mayor of London said in a BBC article that PM2.5 filters would be fitted in 200 schools later this year. Please could I have a list of these schools?
Our response
The GLA does not hold a list of the schools that will receive PM2.5 filters through this project. This list has not yet been developed pending completion of a research project to ascertain the best type of air filter that will be used. This is due to be completed in May, with installation of filters in the first pilot schools to follow later in the year. The schools chosen for the pilot project will be selected based on pollution levels, as well as those in more deprived areas.
