EIR - Rewild London Fund Bentley Priory [Sep 2025]

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to the Bentley Priory project funded through the Rewild London Fund.

According to public records and media announcements, Harrow Council received Rewild London funding for conservation work at Bentley Priory. I am seeking greater clarity on the nature of the funding, the application and review process, and how delivery of the funded project has been monitored.

Specifically, I would like to request the following:

• A copy of the original application(s) submitted by Harrow Council to the Rewild London Fund for the Bentley Priory project, including all attachments, supporting statements, or appendices.
• The grant agreement between the GLA and Harrow Council for the Bentley Priory project, including any project plans, deliverables, KPIs, site-specific commitments, or ecological targets identified in the documentation.
• Copies of all progress reports, monitoring updates, ecological assessments, or delivery evaluations submitted by Harrow Council, its contractors, or partners (e.g. the Harrow Nature Conservation Forum) to the GLA, Groundwork London, or any other party involved in monitoring the project’s delivery.
• All correspondence (emails, letters, internal memos) between the GLA and Harrow Council (including any correspondence referencing the Harrow Nature Conservation Forum) relating to the Bentley Priory project and its funding via the Rewild London Fund.
• Any internal assessments, evaluations, audits, or findings held by the GLA, Groundwork London, or associated ecological consultants regarding the implementation or effectiveness of the Bentley Priory project under the Rewild London Fund.
