EIR - Motspur Park Gasholder Site Stage 3 [Aug 2026]

I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to planning application 25/02562/FUL (Motspur Park Gasholder Site), which was called in by the Mayor of London and subsequently determined by the Deputy Mayor for Planning, Regeneration and Skills.  If any part of this request falls more appropriately under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 rather than the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please treat it accordingly.

Please provide:

1. The Stage 3 report (including any appendices) prepared for the Mayor/Deputy Mayor in relation to the determination of application 25/02562/FUL.
2. The final decision notice or decision record issued following the Deputy Mayor’s resolution to grant planning permission, including any document recording the authority under which the decision was made.
