EIR - Morland Gardens Stopping-up order [Feb 2023]

I note the current position over the proposed Stopping-up Order for an area of highway in front of 1 Morland Gardens and that you are now considering whether an inquiry is necessary in this case.

I ask that you send me a copy of any submission made by Brent Council in support of their proposed Stopping-up Order, or any comments they have made on the objections to it.

It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
