Our response
As of the 12 October 2022, Morland Gardens, NW10 8DY, is an approved Named Project on the GLA Open Project System under the Building Council Homes for Londoners Programme. The project received a grant allocation of £6.5 million on 2 October 2020 to deliver 65 homes of London Affordable Rented tenure at Morland Gardens, as published by Brent Council.
All projects that are being funded through the Building Council Homes for Londoners programme are required to Start on Site by no later than 31 March 2023.
