Summary of request
I am making a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to the Greater London Authority in respect of the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.
I request copies of all communications between the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, and the following bus manufacturers, or their representatives, from 1 December 2024 to the date of this request: Irizar, Alexander Dennis, BYD, Equipmake, Optare, Switch Mobility, Yutong, Volvo, Ryze Hydrogen/Ryze Power, NewPower, Wrightbus, and Bamford Bus Company.
This request covers, but is not limited to, emails, letters, briefing notes, meeting invitations, agendas, minutes, attachments and any other correspondence held by the Mayor’s Office, the Greater London Authority, Transport for London, or any other part of the GLA that holds such communications.
Where possible, please provide the communications in electronic form. Where records cannot be released in full, please provide a description or summary of the withheld information and explain which exemptions under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 you have relied upon.
