Biography
Megan has worked at the GLA since 2016. Her previous roles include Head of Specialist Housing and Services where she led the Mayor’s work on rough sleeping, domestic abuse accommodation and supported housing. As Assistant Director for Building Safety she led the GLA and the Mayor of London’s response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, including setting up cladding remediation programmes for high rise tower blocks. Prior to the GLA, she worked for London Borough of Waltham Forest.
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the GLA’s Environment and Energy Unit, including working closely with the Deputy Mayor for Environment to lead the development and implementation of effective strategies and the delivery of the associated programmes to achieve the Mayor of London’s environmental objectives.
