Biography
Halima, working in a job-share with Sarah Mulley, was responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of the Mayor’s priorities and strategies in policy areas including skills and employment, social integration, equality and fairness, health and education, volunteering, sport and food. Sarah and Halima also oversaw the work of the Community Engagement Team.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the management and development of the functions allotted to the GLA’s Communities and Skills directorate including, Skills and Employment, Health, Education and Youth, Team London and Community Sport and Communities and Social Policy.
