Biography
Dan has worked within the Housing and Land directorate for over ten years, holding a variety of leadership roles spanning housing policy, programme design and investment delivery.
Before joining the directorate, he supported London Assembly investigations within the GLA’s scrutiny team.
He also worked in public sector assurance at Grant Thornton.
Responsibilities
Dan is responsible for the strategic oversight and delivery of key investment programmes, including the Mayor’s Land Fund and the City Hall Developer Investment Fund, managing a recoverable investment portfolio worth more than £600 million.
He leads operational policy development, corporate performance reporting and business improvement across the Housing and Land directorate, helping to enhance organisational effectiveness and programme delivery.
He also oversees the New Homes Accelerator London team, which works with partners to accelerate the delivery of new homes across London.
