OPDC Management Plan

The Management Plan document is OPDC's work programme and management tool, designed for internal purposes. It sets out OPDC's yearly key objectives, together with milestones and performance indicators that will provide the basis for our quarterly performance reporting and risk management, and is part of our accountability to our Board and the Mayor.

Our Management Plan outlines the practical steps we will take as the organisation shifts from an emphasis on planning to delivery; overseeing and coordinating far-reaching change across Old Oak and Park Royal.

Our Management Plan sets out the key elements of OPDC's work programmes for that period and previous versions can be found below.

How we report our performance

OPDC collects information to assess and review how we are performing against our priorities and the Mayor's priorities for London. The four key steps - underpinned by our priorities of accelerating early delivery across the OPDC area and to be an efficient, equitable and engaged organisation - are captured in and translated into each Directorate's objectives, which are reflected in our Management Plan.

We demonstrate this in a business-wide report tracking corporate and financial performance across our three thematic pillars, Delivery, Community, and Innovation (all supported by our Core Functions), as set out in our Corporate Strategy.

The quarterly financial and performance reporting is well embedded, tracking spend against budget (actual and forecast), performance indicators, milestones and other deliverables. Within 35 working days of every quarter end, these reports are interrogated and quality assured at performance challenge meetings, involving our CEO and CFO. The quarterly reports are also considered by our Senior Management Team, the Audit and Risk Committee and our Board, as well as the Mayor's office and the London Assembly.

As part of OPDC's  commitment to transparency, we have created this dedicated page of the website for Londoners to view all of these reports in one place.
