OPDC Board meetings
OPDC Board meetings are held at The Woodward Community Hub, Woodward Buildings, 1 Victoria Road, North Acton, W3 6FA (unless stated otherwise on the agenda) and are typically open to the public.
Meeting access and location
OPDC Board meetings are open to the public except for when confidential, personal or financial information matters are being discussed. These items will be marked as closed items on the agenda and members of the public will be asked to leave for the closed part of the meeting.
Minutes, agendas and Board papers
Members of the public can obtain copies of the public Board papers and can also inspect background papers relating to a report.
Agendas of business that will be discussed at a meeting and the reports on each topic for discussion (except any which contain confidential, personal or financial information) can generally be viewed on the website five days before the meeting.
Minutes of the decisions taken at the meeting will also be available on the website once they have been agreed.
Archived minutes and papers from previous Board meetings are available.
