Old Oak Neighbourhood Forum Redesignation

Key information

Publication type: Consultation

Start date: Friday 16 December 2022

End date: Friday 3 February 2023

We are carrying out a consultation on the Old Oak Neighbourhood Forum’s application to be redesignated as a Neighbourhood Forum. You can read the application material on this page.

The public consultation runs from 16 December 2022 until midnight 3 February 2023. We want the consultation to be inclusive, accessible and useable, so there are a range of ways to find out more and provide comments.

Online consultation platform

You can access our online consultation platform at any time across the seven-week consultation to view the application consultation documents and submit comments.

Other ways to have your say or view paper copies of consultation

We appreciate that not everyone prefers, or is able to use the internet for public consultation, so paper copies of the application consultation documents are available at the following local locations:

  • Brent Hub Community Enterprise Centre, 6 Hillside, London NW10 8BN
  • The Collective, Nash House, Old Oak Lane, London NW10 6FF

You can also submit feedback, request printed copies of the consultation documents or ask the team questions by:

  • Emailing [email protected]
  • Online via the consultation platform
  • Posting to Old Oak Neighbourhood Area Redesignation Consultation, OPDC, Brent Civic Centre, 32 Engineers Way, Wembley, HA9 0FJ

We offer translations, Braille or audio format for all of the consultation documents upon request.

Next steps

The consultation closes on 3 February 2023 and your responses will be used to help inform planning officers’ recommendations to OPDC’s Planning Committee and Board.

OPDC’s Board will determine the application and we’re envisaging that this decision will be made in March 2023.
