Challenge LDN stands as a beacon of innovation, embodying the Mayor’s vision to forge closer ties between policy making and entrepreneurship. It aims to tackle the city’s most pressing problems through technology and collaboration.
Since the Mayor launched this initiative in 2018, we’re proud that it has nurtured the creative, collaborative approach of over 120 organisations and start-ups. The programme has supported them to build effective, sustainable solutions which meet the needs of London’s diverse communities.
To date, over £2.5 million has been invested into supporting public sector innovation across 25 innovation challenges. Each innovator goes through a unique journey, to test, iterate and create products and services designed to address the capital’s most complex challenges.
