London Borough of Redbridge (LBR) is bringing to market two small sites for sale as one package under the GLA’s Small Sites, Small Builders Programme.

The sites are located in Hainault in the north of the Borough. They are situated in a suburban area dominated by low-rise single-family homes and greenery. At walking/cycling distance are two of the most attractive green areas in the Borough, Hainault Forest and Fairlop Waters. Amenities such as schools, shops, etc are within walking distance.

• Located between 164 and 166 Arrowsmith Road.
• Sold as freehold, subject to fulfilment of planning, funding and development conditions.

Self-builders that would like to bid should team up with another self-builder household to submit a joint bid. Only bids proposing 100 per cent affordable housing will be accepted. A 10 per cent non-refundable deposit is required upon completion of the agreement for sale.
