Site Description
This site is on the North Circular Road in Brent Cross, 0.1 miles North West of Brent Cross Underground Station (Northern Line), and 0.7 miles south west of Junction 1 of the M1.
The surrounding area is mainly residential, with a number of schools, and Brent Cross Shopping Centre nearby. The site is between two detached bungalows on Brentmead Place.
The site is a vacant rectangular infill plot of concrete hardstanding and vegetation secured by wooden hoardings. The River Brent lies to the rear of the site. There is a pavement and public highway at the front of the site, along the North Circular dual carriageway..
