Small minicab firms

Economy Committee – 10.00am in The Chamber

The Economy Committee will examine if small, local minicab operations still have a viable future, caught between the Mayor’s quest to clean up the capital’s toxic air and the explosion of app-based services.

The meeting will be in two parts:

Roundtable discussion – 10.00am to 11.30am

Discussion with TfL – 11.30am to 12.30pm

Crossrail

The Transport Committee will have an opportunity to explore lessons learned from former and current Crossrail executives. There will also be an update from Network Rail on the eastern and western sections of the railway and when they might be open.
