Armed Forces Day
City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, 10.30am
Armed Forces Day is on Saturday 25 June. To mark the start of the week of national celebrations and events, there will be a short ceremony outside City Hall, when the Armed Forces flag will be raised.
This will be the 14th Armed Forces Day ceremony organised by the Mayor and London Assembly and it is a chance to show support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community, from currently serving troops to service families, veterans, and cadets.
Each year, different branches of the armed forces lead in supporting City Hall’s Armed Forces Day ceremony. This year, support has been provided by the Royal Navy.
