The Planning and Regeneration Committee will discuss Mayoral Opportunity Areas and Housing Zones in London, progress to date and concerns around their impact on local communities and infrastructure.

Transport for London (TfL) Finances

Transport Committee – LFB Headquarters, 169 Union Street – 10.00am

The Transport Committee will:

  • Investigate any funding agreement reached, or not reached, with Government by 4 February and explore its potential impact on passengers, service levels, and TfL’s ability to deliver its capital programme
  • Explore the finances that are needed to run London’s transport network and potential sources of revenue
  • Look at international examples of funding major city transport networks

The full Assembly will put questions to the Deputy Mayor for Fire and Resilience and the London Fire Commissioner on key fire, resilience and emergency planning issues and arrangements in London.

Following the Q&A session a number of motions will be debated.
