There is an overall decline in the provision of public toilets provided by local authorities across the UK and questions on how to improve access, information and signposting, while increasing supply, are overlooked and remain largely unanswered.



Following an investigation and survey of Londoners, the Health Committee will launch its report on public toilet provision in the capital.

Circular Economy, Waste & Recycling

Environment Committee – The Chamber - 10am

Waste management is key to London’s environmental and economic stability.

The Environment Committee will review progress on London’s waste management and move towards a circular economy. The guests are:

Crossrail and TravelWatch

The Transport Committee will:

  1. Examine the key issues relating to the delivery of the remaining aspects of Crossrail, considering progress of Crossrail to date
  2. Assess the outcomes of Crossrail’s governance changes, including the financial implications for Transport for London (TfL) and understanding the role of Network Rail in the remaining aspects of the delivery of Crossrail
  3. Understand lessons learned from the Crossrail delivery programme

The Police and Crime Committee will question the Metropolitan Police and the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime on misconduct and vetting of police officers. Other topics in the session will include:
