The Police and Crime Committee will discuss issues relating to counter-terrorism in London as the capital emerges from Covid-19 and the approach to collaboration on counter-terrorism in the City. The Committee will also explore the failings identified by the inquiry into the Met Police investigation of Daniel Morgan’s murder. The guests are:

Q&A with the London Fire Commissioner & Deputy Mayor for Fire and Resilience
Fire, Resilience and Emergency Planning Committee – 10am
The Fire, Resilience and Emergency Planning Committee will explore the progress made by the Deputy Mayor for Fire and Resilience (DMFR) and London Fire Commissioner (LFC) on key issues including targets in the London Safety Plan and Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase 1 Report recommendations. The Committee will also discuss the safety of residents in high-rise buildings with cladding and other fire safety defects. The guests are:
