Homeless day services: ThamesReach

Housing Committee – 10:00am, Deptford Reach Day Centre, SE8 4AT



The Housing Committee will visit ThamesReach and the Deptford Reach day centre, which supports over 2,500 people affected by homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, mental health issues and social isolation. The Centre provides support, advice, education and training to help people recover and rebuild their lives. Basic services for people are on offer, including hot meals, showers, a launderette, clothes, a food bank, along with a dentist and a nurse once a week.

Q&A with the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime and Metropolitan Police

LFB’s Transformation Delivery Plan

Fire, Resilience and Emergency Planning Committee – 3:00pm in The Chamber



The Fire, Resilience and Emergency Planning Committee will discuss the London Fire Brigade’s (LFB) transformation plan. The plan sets out the London Fire Commissioner’s direction and priorities for change for the LFB.
