Housing First
Housing Committee
Housing First is a programme that provides a homeless person with immediate and permanent housing, without preconditions and subsequently gives additional support for as long as required.
The Housing Committee publishes a letter to the Mayor and to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) with a list of recommendations on how to expand Housing First in London.

The Housing Committee publishes it annual Affordable Housing Monitor which analyses the Mayor’s statistics and gives an assessment on how many affordable homes are being built in the capital.

Old Oak & Park Royal Development Corporation risks

The Budget & Performance Committee will question the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) about the delivery of the capital infrastructure funded by the £250 million Housing Infrastructure Fund. The guests are:

Greater London Authority (GLA) borrowing
Budget Monitoring Sub-Committee -2.00pm in Committee Room 5
The level of GLA borrowing is expected to increase to more than £21 billion by March 2023. This is partially because it has taken on an additional £1.3 billion loan as a result of the Crossrail delay. The Budget Monitoring Sub-Committee will question:
