Why are GLA staff not currently offered the full range of recycling facilities, as is the case in offices and homes throughout the country? Would the Mayor consider offering additional recycling facilities, such as for plastics? Would the Mayor also consider providing mixed recycling bins, which could be distributed throughout offices in City Hall, providing maximum convenience and incentive for GLA staff to recycle?
