Are you concerned that Olympic Organisers are reportedly only applying the target of permanent venues achieving a 15% CO2 reduction beyond 2006 building regulations and a BREEAM rating of `excellent' to permanent elements of permanent buildings, as appears to have been the case in the recent planning application for the Aquatics Centre? Can I expect this approach to be continued across permanent venues with temporary elements?
