TfL have stated that subsidising the Oyster Cards for Under 18s costs them £55 Million per annum. To how many passengers does this number equate? In addition, please provide a breakdown of the cost of the scheme on an hour-by-hour basis for Monday-Friday inclusive. i.e. How many journeys, and at what cost per year, are made using under 18s and under 16s free travel Oyster Cards for each hour between 7am and 8am, 8am and 9am, 9am and 10am etc for the whole 24 hour period?
