It has been brought to my attention that, following a complaint to the Ombudsman by one of my constituents about the length of time it took for them to respond to his enquiry regarding illegally marked bus lanes, Transport for London agreed that the lanes in question were incorrectly marked. My constituent was awarded compensation for the delay in responding to him, and the Ombudsman further asked TfL to consider undertaking a survey of all bus lanes in London to identify how many other sites are incorrectly marked and thereafter forwarding a copy of its findings to the Ombudsman and...
